A Christian Wife and Mother in Today’s World

How do we live daily for God while serving our husbands, children, family, friends, church, and the lost? Our task is not easy. The road is long and narrow is the gate, but we have a strength in Christ that is bountiful. Our endurance in this race rests solely on our dependency on Christ to refill our hearts, minds, and physical bodies. We cannot do this on our own, and when we try to go alone our minds dive into a swirl of self-loathing, pity, and anger. The constant battle of trying to balance our faith in Christ and our call as women is HARD. Christ is the answer. Christ is the solution.

"Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you."

James 4:8a (NASB)

Mother. Wife. Friend.

Serving God. Making the Time.

You are a child of the most High King whom He predestined to be called wife, mother, friend, and disciple. I am not perfect. I do not have all of the answers. If you came here looking for these things, then I am sorry to disappoint you. If you came here to look for encouragement from a fellow Christian mother and wife, then friend you came to the right place.

I have failed so many times, and I am sure that I will fail many times in the future. However, I thought maybe...just maybe, my stories could help others see their value to the kingdom. This is my hope for you, that my stories, my journey, will help you deepen your relationship with Christ. I want to assist in filling your encouragement bucket so that you may pour into the lives of all you touch. You are not alone on this journey. I see you. God sees you, and you are beautiful in His eyes.
